hoping we’ll see this go forward with a Supreme Court review. Charitable organizations that offset their costs by way of small profit-making endeavors should not be penalized but thanked for taking intitiative to do whatever it takes to stay afloat. The value of Nuci’s to this community is huge — this taxing is an atrocity.
