This is the best thing that’s happened to the ABH newsroom in a long time. Melissa Hanna is one of those people that everyone counts on — always in a good mood, handles tense situations really well (actually takes the time to sit down and communicate when there’s a problem with a staffer, and gives argumentative readers way, way more patience than they oft-times deserve)....
