So there are a few places doling out free goods for the day — supposedly just to voters, but turns out that’s against some inane law, so they legally can’t say that’s what’s behind the giveaways. We wouldn’t want to be coerced into voting or anything.

Might I say, Starbucks = not my favorite for the bevy of corporate reasons to remain unnamed here. But free coffee? On a day when I suspect I’m going to be up till the wee hours tracing election results? I’ll take it!
